✅The Role

We are looking for a loyal team member to join our Learning & Development team within the People function.

This position is the perfect match for you if you would like to contribute as part of a team to the migration of training content from our current Knowledge Bases to a new, centralized company-wide platform for learning and development; the Corsearch Academy. This would include configuring, writing and editing of new articles and content prior to and post-launch of the platform per the L&D team processes.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

You will support our Learning & Development team within the People function, setting up new content for our Knowledge Management and Learning Management System where the structure has already been established.

Your focus will be on updating and adding content from a variety of resources within the company. This means that the content could be presented in different formats and your responsibility will be to ensure everything is structured correctly in a consolidated and streamlined way, that the content is well-presented with the audience in mind when published, and is being configured with the predetermined settings.

You will also be drafting articles based on information provided, using preformatted templates.

Your main contact will be the L&D Team Lead but you will also collaborate with other business units within Corsearch such as Tech, Product and Operations.

• A plus is if you have experience working with CMS tools
