✅The Role
The Director of FP&A will play a critical role in driving growth in a private equity platform business. This role will report to the VP, FP&A and Decision Support and will play a key role in planning, forecasting, and using analysis to drive growth in the Trademarks business.
✅Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide strategic partnership and business support to the president of the Trademarks business, and become an influential member of its leadership team
- Assist and develop the monthly and quarterly reporting package, supporting business reviews and board reporting
- Support the VP, FP&A lead on company wide Sales and Revenue analysis and planning
- Perform financial modeling and analysis, designing and preparing financial forecasts and annual budgets
- Track monthly variance analysis against plan to update monthly forecasts, lead functional budget reviews and relentlessly drive profitability focus
- Work closely with the Client Success team to drive improvements on retention and upsell metrics
- Continuously lead process improvement and organizational optimization efforts
✅Essential
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 10 years FP&A, Business Support leadership roles
- Experience with Subscription based revenue models
- Private equity portfolio experience a plus
