Join the Vanguard of Technology and Brand Protection

As the Technical Lead for the Data Platform, you will be at the forefront of Corsearch's largest technology transformation project. You will lead three cross-functional squads of software engineers and data engineers, totaling approximately 15 talented individuals. Together, you will create a scalable foundation for our next-generation Brand Protection platform.

Your role will encompass technical and architectural leadership, as well as team management and hands-on coding. You'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by:

⊙ Delivering a scalable, capable, and cost-effective foundational data platform for Brand Protection.

⊙ Owning the tech stack, tooling, and technology decisions for the data platform and middleware.

⊙ Developing a well-designed data model for Brand Protection and coordinating changes across the system.

⊙ Managing and mentoring three teams of software and data engineers, fostering their growth and development.

⊙ Ensuring on-time delivery of exceptional software while championing efficiency, automation, and best practices.

⊙ Designing and implementing improvements to speed up data processing, increase scale, and optimize cost.

⊙ Integrating machine learning models to process text and image data efficiently at scale.

⊙ Driving innovation by delivering innovative features like Network Analysis.

⊙ Collaborating closely with counterparts in Applications, Crawling, and AI to foster rapid innovation and create robust platforms.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

As the ideal candidate, you bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for innovation. Your qualifications include:

⊙ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

⊙ Extensive experience with one or more: Cassandra, BigQuery, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Python.

⊙ Proficiency in data analytics, including image and text processing using classical and ML approaches.

☁️ Solid understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS, and experience with containerized and serverless architectures.

⊙ Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

⊙Experience with Apache Spark or similar technologies for big data processing.

⊙ Familiarity with infrastructure automation and DevOps tools like Terraform, Harness, and centralized logging systems.

⊙ Hands-on experience with source control, CI/CD systems, and engineering practices like TDD and continuous integration.

🚀 Previous management and leadership experience, leading teams of 10+ people in an agile environment.

💡 Adept at technical documentation and familiar with agile development practices.

⊙ Awareness of intellectual property concerns and an adopter of open-source tools.
