Regional Marketing Director

About the Role:
The Regional Marketing Director will own and deploy the regional marketing plan for North America in-line with the business's objectives and growth targets. This role involves developing and managing regional demand generation programmes and campaigns to drive and nurture leads, accelerate existing opportunities, and work closely with global centres of excellence, regional agencies, and the sales team to roll out programmes aligned to sales priorities and revenue targets. Reporting directly to the SVP, Marketing, this position plays a key role in multi-functional teams.
Key responsibilities in the role:
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Drive the overall marketing strategy and plan for the region to support new and cross-sell efforts, implementing an optimal mix of programmes including demand generation, events, tradeshows, and leadership programmes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing leadership, PR agencies, sales development, and sales to oversee the timely execution of marketing plans, co-ordinate media and analyst activities, and facilitate lead distribution and follow-up.
Execution & Management: Source and manage local vendors for execution (direct mail, telemarketing, content syndication, third-party lead gen), manage budget, and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Analytics & Strategy: Collaborate with demand-generation and operations to support segmentation and data strategy, own metrics (including ROI reporting), and leverage marketing automation and analytical capabilities to support decision-making.
Client Marketing: Build and deliver client marketing efforts to improve retention, upsell, and leverage prospecting programmes.
The Ideal candidate will possess:
8+ years of experience in B2B regional marketing (ideally data, SaaS, or tech sector).
Proven experience building and executing field marketing strategies across multiple countries within North America.
Background in growth or performance marketing preferred.
