We require a CV and usually, a few role related questions.
Screening and Shortlisting 🔍
We aim to review applications within 3 working days. We evaluate applications based on skills, experience, and alignment with the role. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates on your application status!
Interviews 🤝
We strive for a comprehensive evaluation that may include: technical skills, role/industry related experience and potential contributions to our team. Our interviews may consist of multiple rounds or it maybe just a short meeting with the team - it all depends on the nature of the role. However, we really do value your time and aim to provide feedback promptly.
Next Steps? ⏩
Following your interview(s), we'll assess your compatibility with the role. If we believe you will be successful in this role, we'll invite you for additional interviews or provide feedback on next steps. If you are unsuccessful, we'll aim to provide an update ASAP, but most certainly within 5 working days.
Job Offer 🎉
When we extend a job offer, it means we've found the perfect match 😍. You'll receive a phone call from the Talent Acquisition Team confirming the offer details and to answer any questions, you'll then receive an offer email reconfirming all these details.
Once you've accepted our verbal & online offer, we'll guide you through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.
Onboarding 👏🏻👏🏻
We're committed to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Our People Coordinators will take you through a Right to Work check (and any relevant background checks) and issue you your Offer Letter and/or Contract.
Our team will then contact you to arrange your IT order 💻🖱️🎧
Before you start, you'll be issued an Onboarding Plan which will detail everything you need to know about your new role ⭐
Our Onboarding Manager will also be in touch to ensure you have everything you need for Day ! 🎉
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment, we may conduct criminal and financial background checks based on the role.
