✅The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead the UX and design of our AI-powered platform for online brand and content protection. Our platform is used by 800+ global brands across Fashion, Luxury, FMCG, and other industries to protect their IP efficiently and at scale.

As Lead Product Designer, you will define and execute a UX vision that simplifies complex workflows, enhances usability, and enables the delivery of new AI-powered products and features. You will lead end-to-end product design, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Data teams to ensure our solutions are intuitive and actionable.

✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Design Leadership: Establish and execute a cohesive UX vision that enhances platform usability and scalability.
• Hands-on UX Design: Lead user research, wireframing, and usability testing with fast iterations. Take complex and ambiguous problems and turn them into simple, intuitive, and useful experiences that help us fulfill our mission and solve our customers' needs.
• Enhance the Core Platform for Usability: Lead the transformation of our user experience to create a streamlined, user-friendly platform for internal teams and client users managing online brand protection
• Establish UX Best Practices: Evolve a unified and innovative design system, increasing the quality and velocity of development with design standards and guidelines
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

✅Essential

• You have a strong design portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise and the design of complex platforms.
• Deep technical fluency in AI-driven applications, data visualization, and/or enterprise software.
• Experience in both startups and enterprises, comfortable with agile development and high autonomy.
• Strong research and technical design skills, with proficiency in conducting user interviews and using Figma or similar design tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively by presenting conceptual ideas, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, and development of design systems, ensuring coherence and flexibility as the platform evolves.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with iterative improvements that drive measurable impact and improve usability
