How We've Grown
In 2018, Corsearch stepped forward from our established history as a global trademark solutions leader and became independent. Although we continue to pioneer fast and reliable trademark research services, we have transformed ourselves by working with some of the brightest minds in the industry. With thousands of users globally, we now give our customers the widest range of advanced solutions for the management of risk and to drive business growth.
2018
Yellow Brand Protection
Less than a year after establishing independence, Corsearch became a significant brand protection provider with the acquisition of one of the most important companies in online brand protection and anti-counterfeiting, Yellow Brand Protection.
2019
Principium
Prior to acquisition, Principium had provided industry-leading trademark watching services for over 80 years and domain name management services for over 15 years. Bringing it under the Corsearch umbrella further strengthened our core services with improved database coverage and enhanced trademark watching.
2020
Pointer Brand Protection
Early in 2020, we strengthened our brand protection services with the acquisition of the Dutch tech innovator, Pointer Brand Protection. Pointer was one of the only companies capable of connecting digital monitoring and enforcement with real world investigations and actions.

TrademarkNow
Corsearch continued to grow in 2020 with more strengthening of our trademark solutions. Ensuring growth in a complex business environment requires tools which support fast and reliable brand clearance research. With TrademarkNow, we added another set of innovative options for the screening, searching, watching, and protection of trademarks.

Marketly
The acquisition of a proven innovator in the anti-piracy space added to our existing suite of solutions and allowed us to give a complete picture of brand risk. Combining anti-piracy with Corsearch’s global brand protection helped companies to efficiently tackle multichannel infringement of brand and content.
2021
Syngience
In addition to delivering new innovations and solutions, creating a global network demands infrastructure. In Syngience, Corsearch acquired a best-in-class provider of brand monitoring surveillance tools and domain name services. Syngience’s acquisition further enriched our focus on helping brands protect and monitor their assets.

Entura International
We further extended our global anti-piracy solution with the acquisition of content protection specialists, Entura. Highly respected for its customer first approach, Entura was dedicated to reducing piracy through a flexible combination of automation and investigative capabilities. Adding Entura gave us a full-service offering capable of reducing copyright infringement through enforcement and SEO-enabled strategies.
2021
Incopro
2021 saw us join with brand protection innovators, Incopro. Founded in 2012 by a team whose expertise included criminal intelligence, tech development, and IP, the business has offices in the UK, the U.S., and China. The acquisition of Incopro further strengthened our global reach and allowed us to develop even more technology-based solutions to support a cleaner Internet and a better society.

Edison IP Enforcement
We further expanded our offer to Brand Protection customers by aquiring Edison IP Enforcement, a tech-enabled provider of revenue recovery solutions for brands that helps disrupt counterfeiters and infringers selling on e-commerce platforms and secures funds for IP owners.

OpenedMind
Corsearch acquired OpenedMind (OM), a leading legal IP survey provider based in France.
We have successfully delivered legal surveys to our customers in France by partnering with OM since 2013. By bringing OM’s capabilities in-house, we will further enhance our service to French customers with an integrated offering - while also creating opportunities for expansion into other regions.
