✅Responsibilities and Duties

• Be our Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Level 3 support engineer, also provide support to Service Desk
• Design, implement, and manage Google Workspace solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Google Workspace with other systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Google Workspace configurations and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize Google Workspace performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest Google Workspace features and best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage JumpCloud solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JumpCloud applications.
• Integrate JumpCloud with other systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for JumpCloud configurations and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize JumpCloud performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest JumpCloud features and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, effective solutions

• Azure engineer experience a bonus but not mandatory.

• Jira, Confluence, Slack and Zoom experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.).
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
