We are seeking a commercially-minded and analytical Sales Engineer to drive the success of our Brand Protection business. Partnering closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, you will act as the bridge between complex client challenges and Corsearch’s innovative solutions. This is a highly consultative, client-facing role where you will move beyond technical specs to uncover business pain points, analyze data, and present impactful solutions that resonate with executive decision-makers. As a key player in our growth, you will help prospects visualize the future of their brand security and empower our commercial teams to win.
Key responsibilities in the role
Strategic Sales Partnership & Discovery: You will partner with Account Executives to execute winning sales strategies aligned with customer needs. During the discovery phase, you will lead the charge in uncovering a prospect’s unique business issues, objectives, and operational hurdles.
Data Analysis & Brand Research: You will perform deep-dive research into how a prospect’s products and trademarks are represented online. Using advanced analytical tools, you will identify specific threats and translate raw data into a narrative that highlights the urgent need for Brand Protection.
Solution Storytelling & Demonstrations: You will prepare and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Corsearch platform. Rather than a generic walkthrough, you will articulate specific value propositions, providing insightful summaries that prove how our platform solves their specific business problems.
Commercial Validation (POCs & ROI): You will manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) to provide hands-on evidence of our platform’s benefits. Crucially, you will estimate the financial impact for prospects, building "Cost vs. Benefit" models that justify the investment to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Optimization: You will contribute to the global sales engineering playbook by identifying long-term market trends and collaborating with team members to "raise the game." You will also ensure a seamless transition for new clients by briefing post-sale teams on the success criteria established during the sales cycle.
The Ideal candidate will possess
Proven Pre-Sales Experience: Significant experience in a solution consulting or pre-sales role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment.
Domain Expertise: Prior experience in the brand protection or intellectual property industry, or a demonstrated ability to master and articulate complex legal and technical concepts rapidly.
Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Strong data skills with experience using advanced Excel, BI, or ETL tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Law, or equivalent practical experience that balances technical logic with business acumen.
Stakeholder Management: Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and large audiences, with the ability to navigate high-pressure RFPs and tight timescales.
