✅The Role
We are looking for a high-impact Chief of Staff to partner directly with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a critical role for a calm, curious, and execution-focused individual who wants to sit at the intersection of strategy and operations.
You will act as a strategic force multiplier for the commercial organization, focusing specifically on value creation pieces and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for taking ambiguous problems, breaking them down with structured thinking, and building the models and plans required to solve them.
This role is ideal for someone with a top-tier Management Consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) who is looking to transition into a high-growth operating environment. You must possess the "mental toughness" to thrive in challenging environments, the resilience to navigate change, and the autonomy to drive results without constant oversight. You will work side-by-side with the C-Suite to ensure our commercial vision is not just planned, but executed with rigour.
✅Responsibilities and Duties
Strategy & Alignment: Partner with the CRO to set the commercial strategy and drive cross-functional alignment and accountability through a rigorous quarterly OKR cadence.
Strategic Project Leadership: Own and lead critical, cross-functional commercial business projects from conception to completion. (Immediate examples for 2025 include leading the Pricing Rollout and driving Pricing Adoption).
Operational Execution: Steer the execution of strategic initiatives by commercial leaders. You will ensure implementation rigour across the teams through regular check-ins, working sessions, and problem-solving workshops (e.g., leading the 2025 SDR project).
Board & Executive Communications: Drive the development, synthesis, and narrative construction of high-priority materials for Board meetings and executive reviews.
Modeling & Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical skills to describe complex business problems, build financial/commercial models, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Proxy for the CCO: Represent the CCO in meetings when necessary, capable of making decisions and unblocking teams to keep the business moving forward.
✅Essential
Management Consulting Background: Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Bain, McKinsey, BCG) is highly preferred.
GTM Fluency: A strong, demonstrable interest in Go-To-Market strategy and commercial value creation.
Structured Thinking: Exceptional ability to decompose complex, ambiguous problems into executable components.
Analytical Rigour: Superior modeling skills; ability to "get into the numbers" to validate hypotheses and track performance.
C-Suite Maturity: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
Resilience & Autonomy: Demonstrated "mental toughness" and the ability to work autonomously in high-pressure, challenging, and fast-paced environments.
Execution Mindset: You are not just a strategist; you are someone who "gets things done" and remains calm under pressure.
Communication: World-class written and verbal communication skills, specifically in synthesizing complex data into clear narratives for the Board and Executive team.
